In April 1995, American Pacific Medical Group (APMG) and Harbin Medical University First Affiliated Hospital entered into an agreement to jointly invest and establish an X-Knife Radiation Therapy Center.

After several years of development, the joint venture has become a modern medical center, providing services in stereotactic radioneurosurgery, stereotactic functional neurosurgery, stereotactic radiation therapy, conventional radiotherapy and conventional chemotherapy.
