Beijing Chung Han Brain Diseases Company, Ltd. (a subsidiary of APMG) successfully acquired Shenyang Gamma Knife Treatment Center.

The partnership is to joint venture with the 2nd Affiliated Hospital of Chinese Medicine University in Shenyang. It is the only Elekta Gamma Knife Center in the city of 5 million populations. After the acquisition, we have re-organized the staff and implemented management.

Our Joint Venture partner - The Chinese Medical University No. 2 Affiliated Hospital is one of the largest hospitals in Shenyang. It is a general acute hospital with over 1000 inpatients and a strong Neurosurgery Department with 100 beds.
