Microelectrodes or other micro devices are placed in a specific target in the brain through localization, by imaging and orientation with the help of a stereotactic apparatus, to record electrophysiolograms, take tissue samples, and remove tumors for diagnostic and treatment purposes.

2) Evacuation and drainage of intracranial hematomata and abscesses;

3) Aspiration of different kinds of intracranial cysts;

4) Radiotherapy and chemotherapy of intracranial tumors;

5) Functional diseases such as paralysis agitans, chorea, epilepsy, pain and psychosis.
