Gamma Knife is dedicated to the treatment of certain intracranial lesions of medium or small size including:

(1) benign intracranial tumors: acoustic neuroma, hypophysoma, meningioma, etc;

(2) intracranial arteriovenous malformations;

(3) multiple intracranial metastasis tumors, lymphadenoma and certain gliomas;

(4) tumor remnants of previous craniotomy;

(5) functional neurosurgical diseases: trigeminal neuralgia£¬shaking palsy, epilepsy, refractory headache, etc and

(6) certain ENT tumors: rhinopharyngeal cancer, nasal sinuses tumors, small tumors inside orbit or retina.
